The terms and conditions listed below are valid for all purchases of products from the The Best of Hotels online shop at http://www.thebestofhotels.com (registered in Sweden, based in the Netherlands). All information on the website and in connection with placing orders, including these terms and conditions, is in English and the agreement is entered into in English.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will at all times be accessible on the The Best of Hotels webshop. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly. We regularly update these terms and conditions – changes will be directly posted.
The shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can order online at any time you wish. Please read the ordering process description below. We are sure that you will have a positive experience with our online shop.
The staff of The Best of Hotels’s webshop www.thebestofhotels.com processes orders Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm Central European Time. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the following business day.
Protection of personal data
The Best of Hotels is subject to the Swedish Act on Processing of Personal Data and all handling of personal data is conducted in accordance with the aforementioned act. The Best of Hotels is, cf. the Swedish Act on Processing of Personal Data, considered responsible for the data that is registered about customers and visitors at www.thebestofhotels.com. By making a purchase at www.thebestofhotels.com, you accept our personal data protection policy.
The Best of Hotels collects data about you in different ways in connection with your use of www.thebestofhotels.com. The actual agreement between you and The Best of Hotels is considered entered into when The Best of Hotels has confirmed the order. If The Best of Hotels is unable to fulfill your order for reasons such as sold-out products, we will contact you as quickly as possible by telephone or e-mail.
You are responsible and liable for ensuring that the entered customer information is correct, as The Best of Hotels performs no further validation or control of this information.
Prices and payment
The applicable price is that which is listed on the website on the day of the order for the product in question. All prices are listed in EURO and inclusive of the currently applicable 25% VAT for all countries . We reserve the right to change prices immediately without further notice. However, prices will typically be adjusted as every fashion season. Shipping costs, as well as import duties and VAT are not included. Import duties and VAT only apply to deliveries to countries outside of Europe.
A charge to cover shipping costs shall be added to every product order placed on the website. Shipping charges will be listed on the order summary, as well as in the order confirmation that is sent via e-mail.
The Best of Hotels accepts payment with the following cards: VISA/Visa electron/MasterCard/Eurocard/JCB/AMEX. The payment total will be deducted from your account directly at time of order.
The Best of Hotels uses third party payment solutions that encrypt all of your card data with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information transmitted during the transaction with for example PayPal.
The Best of Hotels provides for delivery to the recipient via UPS or DHL (unless otherwise indicated). Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery comes not from The Best of Hotels, but directly from the Supplier that we have contracted.
You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. Since your order is coming straight from the suppliers The Best of Hotels cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, The Best of Hotels cannot provide a 100% guarantee of when the order will be delivered to the customer’s address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.
As a consumer, you have a right to cancel the purchase order if the entire delivery is delayed in relation to the applicable agreement.
Shipping costs are listed in the order confirmation and are to be paid by the buyer. Costs relating to customs clearance and local VAT and administration shall be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the product(s).
Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation on ordered goods, calculated from the day on which they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. Please note that all clothing items, that are unsealed (e.g. removal of a swift tack) by the buyer can not be returned. This is in particular for hygienic reasons regarding bottoms which are not returnable if the packaging seal is broken.
As packaging represents a significant portion of the product’s value, the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. The customer is liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably. Thus, you are encouraged to save the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.
Products must be returned via UPS. Return shipping can be ordered via ups.com and the instructions for returns that are included with the order delivery must be followed.
When returned products are received and approved, the purchase price shall be refunded to your account. This amount shall be returned to you immediately after The Best of Hotels has received the return product(s) and had the opportunity control the product(s), which usually will occur no later than 30 days after receipt of the product(s). You must personally cover the return costs. For practical details, please see the section “Claims and product returns”.

Product returns are to be shipped directly to the supplier, of which the address will be provided you once you have claimed or wish to return the product.
Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery. Returns may also be made by choosing not to receive an order shipment. It is not a requirement, but you can help to make processing quicker and easier if you complete and send the enclosed return form or otherwise provide thorough information with the return package, e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which a refund is to be transferred, copy of prior correspondence, etc.
In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or pre-paid orders that are cancelled prior to delivery, a partial or complete refund of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer. Therefore, The Best of Hotels requires information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and may be sent via e-mail or other traditional forms of correspondence.
The full agreement
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the website’s prices, contract details and guidelines regarding the protection of personal data, comprise the full agreement relating to our delivery of products to you.
